Metropolitan Security Group places great importance in training its security officers in the area’s of Risk Analysis, Risk Management and OH & S procedures which can place property, staff and visitors at risk. Our security officer’s are trained to be proactive and recognise these risks, control the risk and report on the risk be it from holes in fences, unsecured or damaged gates, unsecured windows and perimeter doors, slip, trip or fall issues including spills, torn carpets, uplifted sides, holes, cracks or fire hazards.

Before a security officer commences security services a Site Risk Assessment is carried out on that site to identify its risks and a Site Risk Assessment and Control plan is completed. Site Operating Procedures and Safe Work Procedures for that particular site are written and security officers are trained in these procedures and undergo a site induction.
